Trying a new broadhead this fall...

By: Brian Sorrells

The Phantom seems like a tough-as-nails head that is easily resharpend  It can even be converted to a 229 grain head with the addition of the bleeder blades.  I never have been much on 4-blade heads personnaly, so I`ll be removing the bleeder blades from the heads.  These heads are reasonably priced and with the proper care should last many seasons.  They also follow closely Howard Hill`s belief that a broadhead should have a 3:1 ration.  In other words, the head should be three times longer than it is wide.  I`ll keep everyone posted as I tune and test them prior to deer season.  I`m also interested in hearing from any other stickbow hunters who have shot and hunted with these heads.
